Practical Research On Residential Areaarchitectural Programming

The study of architectural programming in our country is basically based on theory and supplemented by practice.There is still a long way to go from theory to practice.The overall overview of the implementation of architectural programming on specific projects still needs to be vigorously promoted.Under the general trend of residential commercialization,the contradictions among developers,designers and buyers are becoming more and more obvious,which requires a bridge between the three.Therefore,this paper aims at the application of residential architectural programming.The contradiction between developer and designer is mainly reflected in the professionalism of architecture.The contradiction between designer and buyer is often caused by the designer ignoring the residents' feelings.The contradiction between developer and buyer is ultimately the result of amplification of the contradiction between the former two.The residential architectural programming emphasizes "people-oriented",aiming at reconciling the contradictions between developers and designers,designers and buyers,aiming at minimizing the contradictions between developers and buyers,and ultimately achieving sustainable value-added for project construction.According to the research ideas,this paper is divided into four parts: the introduction part is to discover problems,the second chapter is to propose solutions to problems,the third chapter to the fifth chapter of the relevant cases and engineering practice as evidence of the proposed solutions,and the sixth chapter is to conclude.The introduction part mainly elaborates the background of the topic,the related research summary,the method and the innovation of this paper,and explains the related concepts and basic theories.The second chapter is the general outline of the following three,four and five chapters,which respectively elaborates the procedures,contents and applicable methods of residential architectural programming,linking the subsequent chapters into a whole.The third part is from Chapter 3 to Chapter 5.According to the sequence of residential architectural programming,it discusses from three aspects: site selection,spatial planning and economic and technological planning.It also evidences the residential architectural programming process,content and application methods proposed in Chapter 2,supplemented by Hami Ulda Land Project.The last part is the summary and outlook of this paper.It reviews the practical mode of residential architectural programming summarized in this paper,and looks forward to the future research direction of architectural programming.The architectural programming of residential area combines theory with practice,and practice as the main line runs through the life growth process of residential area.In data and information collection,literature review and questionnaire survey are the main methods.At the same time,there are some observation and interview methods.With the help of some common methods of architectural programming,such as hierarchical analysis,spatial matrix method and semantic analysis method,the conceptual design of the architectural programming content of residential area,such as project location,spatial relationship and indoor facilities,is given,which embodies the idea of "overall control" architectural programming.This process is not only the content of residential area architectural programming,but also a practical proof of the rationality of residential architectural programming procedures.Architectural programming started late in our country,so its application and popularization seems to be difficult.Based on the relevant literature and theoretical research,combined with the practical experience of residential projects,this paper summarizes the content of residential architectural programming,and tries to put forward a set of operational mode suitable for residential architectural programming.Hami Ulda block project as the main example of engineering architectural programming,not only in supporting the practical mode of residential architectural programming,but also in improving the practical mode of residential architectural programming.The ultimate goal of this paper is to make residential architectural programming more widely applied in practice.
