Characteristics And Planning Optimization Of Residential Land In The National New Area Under The Background Of Knowledge Economy

Under the background of economic globalization and rapid development of information technology,more and more countries and regions realize that knowledge and consumer economy are accelerating.The function of world cities will gradually turn from products and capital output to knowledge and cultural output.Knowledge economy has become the key of all countries to participate in international competition.The new round of urban competition with "soft power" as the core has begun.Major cities in China are at the critical stage of economic transformation,space transformation and social transformation.It is particularly important to develop knowledge economy and build knowledge cities.At present,domestic research about City District mostly focused on the level of industrial economy,the living space of the city center,attention is always relegated to the industrial land,the evolution to a certain extent ignored under the background of the transformation of residential space,resulting in residential space overall development status more extensive.In this paper,starting from the selection of residential space perspective,to study the space form of city new residential space on the macro level and the micro level space quality control plan,select the national district of Liangjiang New Area as a case study,through in-depth analysis of time and space two clues of the evolution process and living space distribution characteristics and analyzes the existing problems,comprehensive the dynamic mechanism reveals new city under the background of the transformation of residential space development,and puts forward the countermeasure of planning for more.This article is divided into three parts:The first part is the theoretical study,including 1-3.The first chapter first expounds the research background,the significance of the topic,the research area,the research purpose and the research method,and makes the research framework and technical route under the premise of the object and the big background.The second chapter first clarifies the concepts and theoretical basis of the focus of this paper,and then reviews and summarizes the research results from two aspects of national level,residential space related research and the related research of knowledge cities at home and abroad,and puts forward that most of the research on the residential space in the national new area is just as a new area.A small part of the current situation is mentioned,and it focuses on the living space of a particular social group,the problem of a small residential space and the problem of production city integration.The research on the future development direction of the residential space in the national new area is relatively small.The third chapter analyzes the transformation of urban space under the mode of knowledge economy development.First,it summarizes the conditions which should be transformed into knowledge city and the type of knowledge city.Next,it points out that under the development mode of knowledge economy,the urban space will appear multidimensional space,the land use is more compatible and mixed,and the urban space will be new.The difference between the development of residential land in ordinary city and state-level new area is analyzed.The second part is the empirical research,taking the Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing as an example,including the 4-6 chapter.The fourth chapter analyzes the transformation and development trend of Liangjiang New Area under the concept of knowledge economy.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of Liangjiang New Area,then analyzes the Countermeasures of the similar development stages of other new national new areas,and finally clarifies the transformation and development trend of the Liangjiang New Area.The fifth chapter studies the development process,problems and dynamic mechanism of residential land in Liangjiang New Area.First,it divides the evolution process of residential land in Liangjiang New Area into three stages: starting,smooth growth and accelerating growth.Secondly,it points out that there are two major and five major problems in the development of residential land,and finally from policy,economy,technology and technology.The four level of individual summarizes the dynamic mechanism behind the development of residential land in New District.The sixth chapter based on the above research from the macro,meso and micro three levels of scientific outlook on the future of residential land in the future of the evolutionary
