Based on the HVAC system of CHOT Project OC plant,this paper designs a plant air purification scheme based on PLC control and applies it.This thesis is divided into four parts:In this paper,under the background of clean air conditioning technology,the working principle of cold machine refrigeration and clean air conditioning water system is studied in depth,and according to the original design specifications of the MAU new wind unit of the CHOT project,The MAU new wind unit components are calculated and selected,the MAU equipment configuration and technical specifications are obtained,and the design of the mechanical part and electrical control part of the MAU new wind unit is completed.As well as the use of the frequency converter for the brand,model calculation and selection of the frequency converter for the first boot set is described.In order to meet the requirements of clean air conditioning technology,combined with the principle of use of PLC I/O configuration and the necessary condition that the control system of clean plant can not be interrupted due to failure,the design of the hardware of clean air conditioning control system is presented in this paper.The design of the PLC selection of the SIEMENSS7-400 series of 414-5H redundant CPUs uses a PLC cabinet and a remote 10 cabinet for system control,and proposes an optional list of CPUs,functional modules,signal modules,and related accessories.The control logic of clean air conditioning and the hardware design of MAU control system are integrated.The 10 point table,junction point position,and control cable core number of PLC control system are planned,and PLC programming design is carried out.After completing the design of the scheme,this paper puts forward the requirements for the installation process of PLC disk cabinets,wire pipe laying,and electrical wiring,and conducts the debugging of MAU clean air conditioning control system.It is divided into three parts:network switch function test,PLC system debugging,and MAU clean air conditioning control function debugging.Finally,the Clean air conditioning system designed in this paper was successfully debugged and entered the operation stage.For the implementation of energy-saving control,using the method of appropriately reducing the MAU air supply temperature,the PLC control of the MAU reheat coil PID loop can ensure that the air supply temperature error does not exceed the set value ±0.01 ? in real time,which can reduce the DCC load.Reduce the amount of medium-temperature frozen water,save the power consumption of the refrigerator,and save about 44,400 yuan of electricity per month.The research summary of this thesis and the application of clean air conditioning technology based on PLC control to the research prospects of multiple air conditioning online systems.
