Recently,Electronics manufacturing industry has enjoyed rapid development and plays an important role in our country's high-tech industry.Clean air conditioning technology is the basic condition of electric industry and as it develops so rapidly,more and more electronics Clean-room(CR)have been built up.However,as Clean-room getting more and more,the problem of high energy and cost consumption become more obvious,which finally will restrict the industry development.As a result,in response to the national strategy of "energy saving and emission reduction" and "sustainable development" in the new era,it is of great and positive significance to the research on energy saving and efficiency improvement and cost reduction of clean air conditioning system.As a new IT center in the southwest china,Chongqing(CQ),a city which has predominant politic and geography advantages,intends to introduce the costal city's electronics and take advantage of its favorable economy policy to realize a win-win situation of both the government and the enterprise,according to the newest development plan.While studying in Chongqing university as a master of Engineering Management(MEM),I participated in the construction of one electric clean room program at CQ being responsible for the its design and construction.This thesis,which is based on the case of this clean room,discusses the feasibility and effect of electric clean-room energy conservation scheme by summarizing the theories?analyzing the design program and comparing the design calculation?consumption and economy.Through consulting to domestic and foreign document,this paper sorts out the recent research situation and future trend and definite the research aim and object combining the current mature clean-room technology and builds up the theory foundation of the comparison of economy-efficiency between different scheme.By combining my work at the electric clean room,i make a research on the statistic of temperature? humidity and cleanness data and by Using Revit software,this article establishes clean-room model,and by logging environment data into the model to reflect the indoor environment of the clean-room under production status as real as possible.This thesis promotes prioritization scheme based on the energy consumption model of electric clean-room,taking the law of heat-dispersion and dust-producing into consideration.Specifically,the scheme redesign the spatial layout and working mode of the "Fan Filter Unit" in the clean air conditioning system unevenly,and deal with heat and pollutants generated by indoor equipment concentratedly so that to reduce the System fresh air volume,which can finally reach the goal of saving energy and promoting efficiency under the premise of insuring cleanness.Through the comparison between different economy index,we can see by adopting the energy-saving project,the clean air-condition system's operation power reduces obviously,the operation cost thus reduces and the efficiency of system promotes apparently,which can prove this optimization project can reach the goal of helping enterprises save energy and promote efficiency.All in all,this paper analyzes the functions and characteristics of fan filter units and dry coils through theoretical carding,model building,and case analysis of clean air-conditioning systems,and proposes energy-saving retrofit solutions for electronic clean air-conditioning systems that are applicable to the research object.Through the economic analysis after the implementation of the scheme,it was found that the design of the fan filter unit with non-uniform arrangement can effectively reduce the energy consumption and cost of the clean air conditioning system.At the same time,by summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the clean air-conditioning energy saving retrofit scheme,in order to achieve the goal of energy saving and efficiency,it is proposed that the collection of clean air-conditioning system operating environment data should be strengthened,the clean air-conditioning system should be used reasonably to create a micro-environment,and improve The system's intelligentization and other measures bring tangible economic returns to the enterprise.
