Over the past decade,China's residential decoration industry has developed rapidly,and its scale and capacity have aroused widespread concern.The development of the decoration industry has stimulated the innovation and development of decoration equipment.At the same time,the continuous development of science and technology has provided new technologies for the improvement of decoration equipment.With the advent and development of the information age,people begin to attach importance to humanism and humanism,and design concepts turn to pluralism and sensibility.Move.As an important equipment in decoration industry,slotting machine design has become an important research content.Aiming at the problem that the current use environment and experience of slotting machine need to be improved urgently,the design method of slotting machine based on layered layout is put forward.The main research contents are as follows:Acquisition of design elements of slotting machine.Through research and acquisition of user requirements and design elements,Kano model is used to classify the information of user requirements,and two-dimensional quantitative processing of design elements is carried out.Two major factors affecting slotting machine design are obtained: appearance factors and function factors.The internal structure and external shape of slotting machine are designed according to the two requirements of function and shape.Design of slotting machine based on layout constraint.The layout design of internal parts of slotting machine is a complex three-dimensional layout problem.Because of the position and constraints among the internal parts of slotting machine,the main parts in the three-dimensional model of slotting machine are projected into two-dimensional rectangular layout elements.The center coordinates and rotation angles of rectangular shape in the two-dimensional layout elements are taken as input,and the minimum area of each layer is taken as optimization objective.The method of view transformation and hierarchical layout is used.Combining with layout constraints,the genetic algorithm is adopted.The optimal solution of each layer layout scheme is obtained.Using two-dimensional to three-dimensional reverse reduction method,combined with MATLAB and engineering modeling software to achieve a complete slotting machine internal layout.Slotting machine modeling design method based on step-by-step modeling.The research of small and medium-sized complex mechanical equipment such as slotting machine has design limitations,which makes the design of slotting machine attach importance to function realization and neglect structure and shape.Therefore,through the design of external shape shell of slotting machine,the design idea of shell based on point,line and surface is put forward.The feature points and lines are obtained by extracting the true 3D printing model of slotting machine.Based on the three principles of symmetry and balance,stability and lightness,transition and echo,the curve control method is used to fit,adjust and optimize the layered feature lines.The step-by-step modeling of the design process of slotting machine is carried out,i.e.preliminary modeling,basic modeling,detail modeling and complete modeling.The shell is adjusted and designed in four steps.The results show that the design of internal scheme and external model of slotting machine is adopted and applied to an example.A concurrent design method is proposed to solve the problem of internal parts layout of slotting machine and to realize the connection between internal structure and external shape of products.It provides technology and method for subsequent mechanical product modeling design.The design elements of slotting machine are obtained;the paper obtains the user's requirements and design elements through research,and designs the internal structure and external shape of slotting machine from the two major needs of function and shape.Based on satisfying the user's requirements and expressing the design elements,the slotting machine is designed from inside to outside by using the layered layout of internal components,step-by-step modeling,vacuum seeking basic modeling and curve control optimization.
