The modernization of the construction industry is an important development direction of China's construction industry.Prefabricated building is an important part of the modernization of the construction industry.At present,it is an important period for promoting prefabricated buildings in China,but the relevant design theories and design methods are not fully mature,and there is a situation that does not match China's national conditions.This paper summarized a set of methods to design and assembly components in prefabricated building through the understanding of components manufacture and assembly process,effectively solving many design problems of prefabricated building components,and exploring a practical design method.This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1 is introduction.By reviewing the development of building industrialization and prefabricated building in China and abroad,analyzing the existing prefabricated building component design methods,summing up the existing problems,it shows that the purpose of this paper is to solve the problems in the current prefabricated building process design;Chapter 2 discusses component process design method.The whole process of component detail design is explored in detail,and the pre-fabricated component design process is analyzed in depth;Chapter 3 focus on prefabricated component manufacturing process,through in-depth exploration of the production process of components in the factory,it summarizes the key points that need attention in the process design of pre-order components;Chapter 4 studies the assembly design of prefabricated component,through research on components in logistics planning,component assembly process and "assembly element" design method,it explores the interaction between component process design;Chapter 5 researches on process design method based on BIM technology.Assembly-type building automation is achieved by self-developed program for prefabricated building component process design,meanwhile,the data exchange between component process design and other platforms is discussed;Chapter 6 is a summary of the entire paper and discusses future work.The total text is about 64530 word sand 165 illustrations.
