Research On Domestic Energy Security Based On Energy Consumption In Shanghai

Most experts and scholars at home and abroad mostly safeguard China's energy security from the aspect of energy supply security,which involves many related factors at home and abroad,such as geopolitics,the political environment of oil producing countries,international energy prices,international transportation security,etc.,which are greatly influenced by international environment and political factors.It is difficult to effectively control the guarantee of energy security.? In view of this aspect,this paper hopes to improve the energy security of our country through specific measures that can be regulated and implemented from domestic energy sources.Through the domestic energy consumption security itself,according to the types of domestic energy consumption,energy structure,energy consumption modes,and so on,the energy consumption security of each city in China can be improved by improving the energy consumption security of each city.Finally,China's energy security will be improved.Based on literature research and project data,this paper analyses the current situation of energy security and energy security in China,combines the current national conditions and energy security strategy adopted by the country,uses Shannon-Wiener index biodiversity research method and Pielou equilibrium index to study the current situation of energy consumption in Shanghai,and makes a study on energy consumption security in Shanghai.Qualitative analysis is given;combining with the current situation of energy consumption at home and abroad,qualitative analysis is made on domestic energy consumption security,comparing the advanced energy consumption level of Shanghai,finding out the gap of energy consumption level,according to the different resource endowments of each city,taking the energy consumption situation under extreme conditions(high degree of external dependence)to find out how to improve China's cities.Methods and measures for energy consumption safety.Therefore,taking Shanghai under extreme conditions as an example,the external dependence of energy in Shanghai is as high as 95%,which is worse than the resource endowment of most cities,but the level of energy consumption security in Shanghai is far higher than that of the whole country.Therefore,this paper studies the reasons of high energy consumption security in Shanghai,and finds out the measures and methods to improve energy consumption security.Summarizing the high-level energy management measures and methods in Shanghai,the main conclusions are as follows:1.Accelerating the construction of major energy projects and continuously improving energy supply capacity;2.Introducing advanced energy-saving technologies at home and abroad to improve energy efficiency;3.Slow down the growth of energy consumption and change the structure of energy consumption;4.Explore new energy sources and increase the diversity of energy sources;5.Improve the energy management level of energy industry and energy enterprises;It is hoped that by improving its own energy supply capacity,improving energy utilization efficiency,transforming energy consumption structure and improving energy management level,we can tap its own energy consumption potential and enhance the energy consumption security of cities,thereby improving the energy consumption security of cities,and further enhancing the level of energy consumption security of China,and ultimately improving energy security of China.Level to ensure the economic development of our country.
