Study On Protection And Utilization Strategy Of Huang Mabu Traditional Village In Shenzhen

Urban traditional villages are the combination of traditional rural human settlements and modern urban development.Since the reform and opening up,China has rapidly promoted the construction of Urbanization.On the one hand,the urban landscape and the quality of urban life have been greatly improved.On the other hand,traditional villages as carriers of agricultural civilization have been affected by urban sprawl.The so-called "village in the city","village in the fringe of the city" and "urban village" are constantly emerging.In recent years,China has put forward the development ideas of famous historical and cultural towns and villages,new rural construction,beautiful countryside,Characteristic Towns and rural revitalization,adhered to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,adhered to the integration of urban and rural,and provided decision support for the protection and utilization of traditional villages,which is conducive to the smooth transformation and healthy development of traditional villages.As a typical case of urban traditional villages,Huang Mabu traditional village should seize the opportunity of development,properly handle the relationship between urbanization process and village protection and utilization,and explore ways of sustainable development of traditional villages under the new situation.This paper takes the protection and utilization of Huang Mabu traditional village as the point of view,upholds the holistic view and sustainable development view,comprehensively uses the interdisciplinary and comprehensive research methods including architecture and architectural aesthetics,combines means of literature review,field investigation and comparative induction,and carries out research of village’s style and features,the connotation of village value,problems and strategies of village protection and utilization.Based on the analysis of style and features,this paper combs the geographical environment,functional layout,spatial texture and typical architecture of Huang Mabu traditional village.The value connotation of the village is systematically summarized by abstracting the elements of style and features: the village has a profound historical culture,including Long-standing clan history,rich cultural heritage and compatible architectural style;the village has ecological practices adapted to local conditions,and more specifically,the location of the village corresponds to the environment,the construction conforms to nature,and the space system can save energy and protect the environment;existing peacefully in one village,Christianity,Catholicism and Buddhism are mutually inclusive,harmonious even different.Although the village have relatively rich connotations of value,there are still problems in planning,building protection and cultural inheritance in protection and utilization: for the absence of planning,the orientation of village development is vague,the overall style and features are lack of control,the superior resources need to be explored urgently,and the modernized adaptability of village functions is insufficient;because of inadequate protection,the human settlements environment of Huang Mabu is dilapidated,the space order is out of balance,the building space is broken inside and outside,and the building function is not well utilized;because of the cultural resistance,the traditional cultural memory of the village fades away,the new cultural identity has not been formed,and the brand effect of village culture is weak.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward strategies for the protection and utilization of Huang Mabu traditional village: on the premise of defining the development orientation of Huang Mabu,combine the superior resources and further decompose the development strategies;on the basis of continuing the traditional village’s pattern,optimize the functional layout,including improving the ecological pattern,repairing the texture of roadways,improving the function of the village and enriching supporting facilities;remold the architectural style,improve the quality of residential environment and architecture by guiding architectural style and features,classifying and repairing architectural structure,repairing public buildings,building cultural space sites and renewing internal functions of buildings.provide management,funds,development opportunities and villagers’ supports for the protection and utilization of the village,in order to promote the long-term and effective development and renewal.Based on the research clues of style analysis,value mining,problem discovering and strategy proposing,this paper studies Huang Mabu traditional village,which further complements the research of traditional villages in Shenzhen and enriches the cases of urban traditional villages.Taking Huang Mabu traditional village as an example,this village can explore the superior resources,improve the quality of human settlements,build the cultural brand,and seek the best fit point between the future development direction and the process of urban development,which provides a reference for the sustainable development of urban traditional villages.
