Under the background of deepening supply-side structural reform and industry transition to green low-carbon,the new energy vehicle industry with electric vehicle as the main development direction has become a strategic emerging industry supported by China.As a necessary basic equipment of new energy vehicles,the charge convenience is the key to promote the sustainable development of new energy vehicles,which directly restricts the popularization of new energy vehicles.At present,the amount of new energy car charging piles in China has been gradually increasing,but the problem of low utilization rate caused by unreasonable distribution of charging piles needs to be solved.In this case,this paper studies how to rationally optimize the layout of public charging piles to solve the problems that affect the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle market.This paper is based on the background of the development of public charging piles for new energy vehicles,and takes the construction of charging facilities for new energy vehicles as the guide,Through literature review and expert interview,this paper studies the development of new energy vehicle charging facilities at home and abroad and the related influencing factors,as well as the satisfaction survey of users of new energy vehicle on the use of public charging piles.Then,starting from the actual scene of new energy vehicle,the interests of both charging pile operator and new energy vehicle user are considered,Considering the factors such as construction cost,operation and maintenance cost,network loss cost,user consumption cost,user wastage cost and land use cost,the objective programming model of minimum social total cost is constructed,The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem,and then an example is given to analyze the layout optimization of the common charging piles of new energy vehicles in Guangzhou.On the one hand,the reliability and rationality of the theory of the model system is demonstrated,On the other hand,the research results can provide reference for decision-making of new energy vehicle industry,and help to build new energy vehicle charging facilities,thus promoting the development of new energy vehicle industry,making the research both theoretical value and practical significance.
