Electric vehicles have the advantages of zero emissions,no pollution,low operating and maintenance costs,low noise,and low energy consumption.These advantages make electric vehicles popularized all over the world,and are also popular and used by the public,but with the electric vehicles Popularization,the demand for charging facilities by its users is gradually increasing.However,there is currently no systematic and comprehensive theoretical method for the layout planning of charging facilities in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas.Among them,small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas have great differences with major cities in terms of transportation,electricity,environment,land,cost,planning,etc.,which seriously restrict the use and promotion of electric vehicles.Based on this,this paper studies the layout planning method of electric vehicle public charging facilities in small and medium cities in mountainous areas.Firstly,the related theories and methods of charging facility layout planning are reviewed from the aspects of main influencing factors,demand forecasting,site selection and evaluation of charging facilities.Secondly,it analyzes the development characteristics of small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas from three aspects: land usesize,urban layout structure and land use pattern.According to relevant research,it summarizes the travel rules of civilian car users in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas.Factors affecting public charging facilities.Thirdly,through three steps,the total demand for charging in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas and the demand for charging facilities are calculated:(1)Using the weighted average method to combine the elastic coefficient method with the thousand-person car ownership method,and predicting the mountain area by using the combined new model.The number of civilian vehicles in small and medium-sized cities in the future.(2)Considering the internal and external factors affecting electric vehicles in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas,the Bass model is used to calculate the share of electric vehicles,so as to predict the number of electric vehicles in small and medium-sized cities in the mountains in the future.(3)Calculate the total amount of charging demand for electric vehicles and determine the number of charging facilities required for small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas.Then,the layout plan of charging piles in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas with the maximum coverage area as the charging demand model is proposed.For the layout planning of charging stations in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas,this paper first summarizes the basic principles and setting requirements,and then divides the charging of small andmedium-sized cities in mountainous areas.The demanding community,with the minimum total construction cost as the objective function,establishes a layout location model for charging stations in small and medium cities in mountainous areas.Then,for this model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is used to comprehensively evaluate the layout plan of the charging station in the small and medium-sized cities in the mountain.Finally,MinQing County was analyzed as a case to verify the feasibility of the proposed method for the layout of public charging facilities in small and medium-sized cities in mountainous areas.
