This propjet proposal aims to point out a possible and viable business plan that can capture the Sri Lankan market in Railway Carriages.This monopolistic and Niche market have been identified and I have listed a brief explanation of the process.Chapter One,I have explained briefly about the background of the situation and a brief introduction about the necessity of this proposed plan.In Chapter Two,it's more about the business structure and corporation method that we can use to maximise the potential opportunity.The project analysis and market strategy that I have carried out,have explained briefly in Chapter Three,Chapter four and five.Which includes the PEST,SWOT and STP analysis that is crucial for this proposed project.In Chapter Six simply the Financial Plan,from the first stage of the cost analysis and until the P&L statement have clearly mentioned in this chapter.I have included another chapter for Risk Management.I have briefly explained the risks that may face during the process and several steps that we can take to prevent the risks.I hope that this proposal can help to understand the needs and that can bring the most potential opportunity into a reality of success.
