Research On The Development Process And Restrictive Factors Of Assembled Building Standards

Assembled building is a hot spot in today's construction industry,and its many advantages are very prominent.The construction mode of assembly building is very advanced,which is the trend of future construction industry.However,in the process of development of assembly building,we can find that the standard norms have a very important impact on it.Through the analysis of the development process of assembly building standards,we can summarize its development law and find its problems,which will play a great role in the development and application of standards.This paper mainly discusses the historical process,restraining factors and practical application of assembly building standards and norms.According to the analysis of the development of standards,to find out the restraining factors of the standard.Through reading the literature,the paper establishes an index system of restraining factors of assembly building standards,and then establishes an analysis model.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to analyze the restraining factors of assembly building standards.Finally,all the restraining factors can be ranked by weight.Then combined with the previous summary,the application of assembly building standards in practice is analyzed.Through summing up experience,the development law of assembly building standards is obtained,which will contribute to the development of assembly building industry in China.In short,the development of assembly building is a major trend.The research and analysis of the past course,influencing factors and practical application of assembly building standards can make us reflect on the past.It can lay a theoretical foundation for the future development of assembly building standards,and make the development of assembly building standards more realistic.
