In recent years,China’s economic development model has changed from speed type to connotation type,which poses new challenges to the progress of the construction industry.Vigorously promoting the development of prefabricated buildings is conducive to promoting environmental protection and energy conservation,improving social and economic benefits and labor productivity.Due to the short development time of prefabricated building system in our country,there is no suitable technical system for our country,and there is no unified standard for quality management,so the engineering quality problems appear frequently.In order to improve the status quo of quality control of prefabricated buildings and improve the effect of quality control of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated concrete buildings are taken as the research object,and the quality control system is studied based on the TQM theory.Firstly,the theory and method of prefabricated concrete building are analyzed and summarized.This book comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated concrete buildings,and comprehensively analyzes the quality control content of prefabricated concrete building from three stages of design,production,transportation and construction.This paper expounds the basic concept,significance and principle of prefabricated concrete construction quality evaluation in detail,which lays the foundation for prefabricated concrete construction quality evaluation.Secondly,the quality control system of prefabricated concrete building based on TQM theory is constructed.Through literature survey,questionnaire survey and 4M1E method,this paper summarizes the main influencing factors of prefabricated concrete construction quality,determines the quality control points of prefabricated concrete construction according to the main influencing factors and TQM theory,and analyzes the quality control system from three aspects of system,process and information management,This paper explores the quality evaluation method applicable to prefabricated concrete buildings.Thirdly,the paper puts forward the combination weighting method to weight the influencing factors of prefabricated concrete construction quality,and analyzes the applicability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method,which provides a new method for the evaluation of prefabricated construction quality control.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the application process of the quality control system in this project collaborative design is anatomyed,quality supervision and personnel management system.Through the construction of prefabricated concrete construction quality control system and the evaluation of its application effect,this study can be used to guide all aspects of prefabricated concrete construction quality control work,and provide reference for the establishment of a more perfect prefabricated concrete quality control system.
