| With the rapid development of space technology,space deployable satellite antenna has been widely used in artificial satellites,and the antenna extension arm is an important part of the satellite system,which plays a role of connection and support between satellite antenna and satellite body.Since there are many types of antenna extension arms,there are also many types of driving devices to expand the antenna extension arms.As the power source of the antenna extension arm,whether the drive device can drive the antenna extension arm to deploy smoothly and accurately will have a very important impact on the normal operation of the whole satellite system.In this paper,the spring drive device of satellite antenna extension arm is studied and designed.By analyzing the requirements of the antenna extension arm on the function and performance of the spring drive device,the scheme of the spring drive device is determined,and the composition structure and working principle are analyzed in detail.According to the requirements of the spring driving device on the output torque and kinematic relationship,the spring and planetary gear transmission mechanism are designed,the factors affecting the transmission efficiency of planetary gear transmission mechanism are analyzed,and the transmission efficiency is calculated.In order to control the expansion speed of antenna extension arm and reduce the impact of locking,the escapement governor is applied to the spring driven device.The threedimensional modeling of the spring driving device is completed by using the three-dimensional modeling software PROE,and the modeling of the gear is completed by the method of family expression of gear parameters.The strength of the main parts of the spring drive device is checked,and the finite element analysis is carried out with ANSYS.The results show that the strength of the spring drive device meets the requirements.By means of ADAMS,the kinematics and dynamics characteri stics of escapement governor are simulated and analyzed.Finally,the spring driving device is tested through the test experiment.The test results show that the designed spring driving device meets the requirements. |
