| With the rapid development of global information technology and related technologies such as the Internet,the amount of information in all walks of life has exploded.Traditional construction schedule management can no longer meet the needs of the information age.It often acts according to experience,which may lead to problems such as out-of-control progress and increased costs,which makes it difficult to achieve the desired results.Therefore,Building Information Modeling(BIM)came into being.The emergence of BIM and the rise of application technology opened the door to a new era.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the research status and results of engineering construction schedule management based on BIM technology at home and abroad,and puts forward the feasibility and applicability of BIM technology in the construction progress management of slope protection project,and determines the research plan and technical route.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the geological conditions of the construction section slope by the comprehensive geophysical method combined with high-density electric geophysical exploration and borehole survey,which provides the basis for the slope engineering control measures.Finally,according to the actual case of Daxin slope protection engineering,based on Autodesk’s Civil 3D,Revit and Navisworks Manage professional BIM software,the BIM information model of Daxin slope protection engineering case is constructed,and the schedule aid tool Microsoft Project is used to compile the schedule.Visualize the construction progress.Through research,the paper obtained the following results:(1)Based on the actual engineering project of Daxin slope protection,this paper proposes the separation method as the way to construct the three-dimensional model of road slope protection.(2)Relying on the Daxin slope protection actual engineering project,the BIM model modeling process of slope protection construction proposed in this paper forms a complete set of road slope protection construction progress management method.(3)Based on BIM technology,the construction progress management of slope protection solves the serious phenomenon of project information loss,the potential conflict in the construction schedule can not be effectively discovered,the difficulty of tracking and analyzing the construction progress,and the lack of integrity in dealing with the construction progress deviation.problem. |
