Application Of Visual Construction Schedule Model In Research

With the wide application of BIM technology,it can make up for the shortcomings of construction project in the process of progress management,provide technical support for construction projects such as information progress management,collision inspection,construction simulation,and improve the level of progress management of construction projects.At the same time,compared with Western countries,China’s research and development of BIM technology is relatively late,in the stage of research and exploration,and can not guarantee to play the advantages of BIM technology in construction projects.Therefore,the study of construction project schedule management based on BIM technology has significant theoretical significance and practical significance.In this study,BIM-based progress management of a construction project as the subject,first of all,it analyzed the relevant domestic and foreign research status,and discussed the research background,research significance,research methods.Then,this study studies the concepts related to progress management and BIM technology.Based on the characteristics and application status of BIM technology,it summarizes the application advantages of BIM technology in progress management,which embodies in providing convenience for progress management,realizing dynamic progress planning and unified progress.Communication platform.According to the research results of the application advantages of BIM technology,this study constructs a progress management model based on BIM technology.The important contents of the model are 3D model,data import,4D model and 4D realization,which can achieve the goal of progress tracking,deviation analysis,progress adjustment and assistant management.Finally,this study takes a construction project as a case to analyze the process of building 4D model based on BIM technology and the process of project schedule management,and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the application effect of BIM technology in the project schedule management.Based on the research results of the application advantages of BIM technology in progress management,this paper constructs a construction project schedule management model based on BIM technology,and applies and evaluates this model in specific construction projects.This study proposes to combine BIM technology with construction project schedule management to evaluate the practical application effect of BIM technology.
