The domestic super-long highway and railway mountain tunnel above 10 km basically adopt two-hole scheme.If the super-long tunnel is to meet the requirement of reasonable construction period,it is necessary to open up new auxiliary working face by setting up auxiliary tunnels such as vertical shaft or inclined shaft,so as to realize the short excavation of long tunnel.The length of Wuyu Tianshan Shengli Tunnel is 22.035 km,and the distance of blind heading is 11.0175 km,while the depth of the designed shaft is 500~700m and the length of the inclined shaft is 2000~3000m.It is of little significance to assist the construction of the main tunnel through the vertical shaft or inclined shaft.At the same time,the project has bad geological conditions,such as rock burst,fault broken section,large deformation of soft rock,water burst and so on,which is difficult in technology and high in safety risk.In order to complete the construction of Tianshan Shengli Tunnel within the required period,firstly,the paper lists the feasible construction plan according to the technical feasibility,and through the factors of time limit,safety,quality,economy and site construction organization,etc.The construction plan of "3 holes + 3 vertical shaft" was selected.Among them,the middle pilot tunnel adopts 8.4m diameter TBM construction with mature construction technology.The TBM with this diameter has accumulated abundant treatment measures and construction experience in dealing with bad geology,and the technical feasibility is stronger and the construction safety is more guaranteed.This construction scheme makes full use of the advance advantage of the fast construction of the middle pilot tunnel in 8.4m diameter TBM,and opens up the auxiliary working face of the main tunnel through the Cross Passage to realize the short excavation of the long tunnel.The organization of construction schedule directly determines the allocation of project resources,temporary electricity design,ventilation design,etc.,which is the key to the success or failure of the project.Through the different combinations of "opening the auxiliary working face of the main tunnel at different transverse galleries",the paper carries out scheme comparison and selection under the conditions of ensuring the construction period and meeting the minimum equipment cost,and the construction schedule organization scheme of “opening up the auxiliary working face of the main tunnel at each transverse gallery” is studied and selected.Achieve the cost,progress,quality,safety optimal purpose.In view of the small section size of the middle pilot tunnel and the transportation of all the materials in the auxiliary working face of the main tunnel through the middle pilot tunnel,the material organization is difficult.The TBM mucking of the middle pilot tunnel adopts a continuous belt to give full play to the construction efficiency of TBM,which can be used in the construction of the pilot tunnel to the maximum extent.Speeding up the construction progress of the middle pilot tunnel,optimizing the material transportation scheme after selection,the daily traffic flow of the pilot tunnel is smaller,and the material organization pressure is greatly reduced.The TBM construction material adopts the trackless transport mode of the multifunctional service vehicle(MSV),which can meet the requirement of completing the material transportation after entering the narrow TBM.At the same time,according to the technical parameters of the MSV transport vehicle,the minimum turning radius and the minimum width of the open road in the construction section of the tunnel are computed.The paper also determines the reasonable MSV vehicle configuration standard.In order to solve the problem of fuzzy evaluation mode of transport capacity of middle pilot tunnel,the traffic capacity model is used to quantitatively evaluate the transport capacity of middle pilot tunnel,and the information management of the vehicle transportation in the middle pilot tunnel is carried out by applying UWB(Ultra-wide Bandwidth)technology and traffic light technology,so as to improve the material transportation efficiency in the middle pilot tunnel.
