With the acceleration of China's economic development process,the urbanization construction has been greatly promoted.The urban reconstruction and expansion projects are not uncommon.Due to the complex terrain in the city,tunnel construction often occurs.Under normal circumstances,the construction is in the busy main road of the city.It will occupy some roads and will inevitably affect the vehicles passing through the road.If no corresponding measures are taken,the traffic organization plan will be designed according to the project plan and the affected situation in the area,which will bring traffic flow disorder,increase vehicle traffic delay,and even Will bring security problems.Therefore,how to combine the actual traffic situation and rationally formulate the traffic organization plan is an important issue that needs to be considered while carrying out construction in the city.Under normal circumstances,the construction is in the busy main road of the city,which has a significant impact on the vehicles passing through the road.If the corresponding measures are not taken,it will inevitably affect the travel of the residents,causing traffic flow disorder and even bringing traffic.Security issues.Therefore,how to combine the actual traffic conditions and rationally formulate the traffic organization plan is an important issue that managers must first consider when ensuring smooth traffic.This paper summarizes the research status of experts and scholars at home and abroad in the field of traffic organization,and conducts a specific study on the traffic characteristics of the road construction area.For the construction of Jinan Yuyun Road,the basic analysis and investigation of traffic,including the machine The investigation of the number of motor vehicles,the investigation of the current road conditions,combined with the existing road traffic service level and the intersection traffic service level calculation method in China,based on the actual data,completed the determination of the service level in the construction area and the intersection service level.The actual basis of the organizational plan provides the basis.Determining the scope of traffic organization is a necessary condition for the design of traffic organization.After summarizing the common methods,this paper uses the layer extrapolation method to determine the organization scope of the research project.Based on the principle of traffic organization optimization,based on theoretical analysis,And relying on the actual project,propose specific traffic organization measures in the region,including vehicle traffic organization,intersection traffic organization and personnel security measures.After designing the traffic organization plan,the traffic organization plan is evaluated reasonably to determine the best plan.This paper takes the actual project during the construction of Jinan Yuhan Road Tunnel as an example,and establishes the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight and gray correlation.The method of evaluation,using the more mature TransCAD macro simulation software and VISSIM micro-simulation software to obtain evaluation indicators,for five different comprehensive programs,simulation and evaluation,and finally to evaluate the various traffic organization plans,determine the construction During the period,it is suggested that the appropriate traffic organization method can be used.Through this research,it is expected to provide a reference for similar projects in the process of formulating traffic organization plans.
