Study On The Construction Organization Plan Of The Guanyinyan Tunnel On Yinxing Road,Wangcheng District,Changsha City

With the rapid development of my country’s transportation infrastructure construction,the demand for tunnel construction is increasing.In the construction of highways or urban arterial roads,tunnel investment often accounts for a relatively large amount,and the safety of tunnel construction is of vital importance.Therefore,to carry out research on the implementation of the tunnel construction organization plan before the project officially starts,and the scientific and reasonable preparation of the "implementation construction organization design" is a prerequisite to ensure the normal implementation of the tunnel project.This thesis takes the Guanyinyan Tunnel on Yinxing Road,Wangcheng District,Changsha City as the project background to carry out the research on the implementation construction organization plan.Based on the analysis of the construction conditions of the project,the paper firstly analyzes the important and difficult points of the project,and determines the overall arrangement of the construction organization according to the owner’s construction bidding requirements and the actual situation of the project;secondly,according to the principle of the general layout of the construction and the topographic conditions of the project site The general layout of the project construction was drawn,and the BIM-based three-dimensional layout of the construction site was carried out;then,the overall construction sequence of the project and the division of construction procedures were determined by research,and a controlled schedule based on network technology was compiled,and the total construction period was determined.Finally,the study determined the construction technical plan for the most difficult projects,put forward the main construction guarantee measures for the most difficult projects,analyzed the common quality problems in the construction,and researched and put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures.Based on the research of the supporting project-the implementation plan of Guanyinyan Tunnel,Yinxing Road,Wangcheng District,Changsha City,this paper provides a strong guarantee for the rationalized construction of the project,rationalized resource allocation,and rapid response to changes in construction conditions.At the same time,the relevant theories and methods put forward by the thesis can also provide references for the implementation of construction organization design for similar projects,and have certain theoretical and practical value.
