The Research On The Floating Dock Transshipping And Launching In The Horizontal Slipway

With the rapid development of the world economy and technology,the shipbuilding technology has gradually changed,and the shipbuilding efficiency is also improved.In particular,the "Made in China 2025" plan was unveiled recently,which will promote the rapid development of shipbuilding industry.The horizontal shipway shipbuilding means that all blocks of the ship are erected on the shipway,then the whole ship is transported to the floating dock or other semi-submersible barge by transporter which was pulled and moved on the slipway or other devices which can move by themselves,then the whole ship is launched by the floating dock or other semi-submersible barge sink.This new building way developed in recent years was widely used in main shipbuilding country especial in Japan and Korean shipyard which has advanced technology in shipbuilding because of its saving land resources,low cost and high efficiency.Our country has a long shipbuilding history in inclined building slip,but it is the new building mode following abroad advanced shipyard and developed in recent years that ship build in horizontal building slip.The building capacity of the horizontal building slip is less than a hundred thousand tons in our shipyard,and only a few shipyards have this capacity.The technology of launching on the horizontal building slip is different and mostly shipyard is still in the exploratory stage.The floating dock used to build in the dock,but it needs big size dock because it's ultra wide structure and the same level dock is not suitable.Some floating docks built on inclined slip,but it's very difficult for large or super large floating dock to build and launch for the launching capacity limited of the inclined building slip.Some large or super large floating docks are divided into a number of big blocks which were built in horizontal building slip and seamed in the sea.There is no information that the whole large or super large floating dock is built in horizontal building slip.With the launching technology of the horizontal building slip gradually developed,it's significant for saving dock resource and researching the way that build large or super large floating dock that building large or super large floating dock on horizontal building slip.This paper takes the whole building,transshipping and launching of a hundred thousand tons level floating dock of a company which has fifteen thousand lifting capacity and 160 meters length on horizontal building slip as the research object,and research and evaluate the technical scheme from five aspects.First,analyze the parameter and structure of the floating dock from principal dimensions,basic parameter,basic structure and whole ship weight,and simplify the structure for the further strength calculation.Second,analyze that the shipyard how to build and launch the floating dock at home and abroad,and confirm the research direction combining with the actual situation.Third,analyze the feasibility of transshipping and launching on horizontal building slip by analyzing the whole process and equipment.Fourth,model the finite element model of the floating dock,and analyze if the structure strength and deformation meet the requirement that the floating dock load and slid on the horizontal slipway.Fifth,simplify the process,and simulate the loading process of the ballast water in the process of transshipping and launching,and ensure that the process of transshipping and launching.The research work of this paper has provided research method and technological guidance for whole large or super large floating dock building,transshipping and launching in horizontal slip.the analytical method can provide a strong reference for the building of other large floating dock,large ship or marine products.
