As the most important space resource in the shipyard production, the ship dock/berthproduction scheduling optimization is the key technology to improve production efficiencyand resource utilization, realize continuous process and shorten manufacturing cycle. Thesimulation of building process before the construction of ship structure in the dock or on theberth can effectively reduce the dock/berth production unpredictability of the constructionprocess, thereby enhancing the scheduling scheme can be controlled. There is still lack ofeffective methods of the simulation modeling and the production scheduling environment tosupport co-simulation platform-and interactive features of dock/berth production-schedulingsimulation program analysis and evaluation. In this paper, the key technologies of shipdock/berth production simulation, digital simulation modeling and implement technologywere studied.Up to now there is still being lack of effective and usefull methods of simulationmodeling and production schedulingenvironment tosupport co-simulation platform to supportthe interactive features of the dock/berth production scheduling simulation program analysisand evaluation. In this paper, the key technologies of ship dock/berth production simulation,digital simulation modeling and implement technology were studied.Firstly, in this paper, based on the ship dock/berth production process, the keybottlenecks in production processes were analysised, based on hierarchical thinking of theadaptive genetic algorithm under the constraint of space segment resources yard schedulingproblem was solved; analysis of the dock characteristics of operations at berth, proposed afuzzy cycle andequipment constraints dock/berth flexible job scheduling model and tabusearch designed to strengthen the local ant colony optimization algorithm to solve the modelsolution; design EDD/greedy algorithm and the improved classification ant colony algorithmbased on space-timemulti-node network diagram flow ideas to solve the crane schedulingmode. Combined dock/berth actual production of the construction process, the the algorithmfor solving examples and algorithm result analysis were given.Finally, the key technology of the dock/berth production simulation platformdevelopment was given. Based on the construction of discrete event and time systemframework of ship dock/berth production, the resource constraints of intelligent development association development framework were proposed. The dock production building simulationsystem V1.0was developed, combined with the actual production process of shipyard dockproduction, the shipyard dock production simulation was model built in the system. Throughthe analysis of the simulation output results, the important value of the combination betweenintelligent optimization and simulation was indicated.
