Study On Design And Strength Base On 120m Floating Dock

Floating boat dock which referred to as floating dock mainly used for ship repair and make,it belongs to a special type of engineering ship.The 120 m inland navigation area integral steel floating dock is used for sandblasting,derusting,painting,dock examination of vessel with less than 7000 tons empty boat weight.From bow to stern there are 6 anchor chains to achieve positioning at anchorage.The depth of water in work area should be not less than 12 meters.Applicable navigation area is Changjiang A.The operation mode of the dock is carried by the uniform pressure load method.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)To design the structure of the 120 m floating dock by combining with the actual situation,consulting the relevant literature and understanding the structure.(2)Firstly,the ship is modeled by the ship model based on the drawing of the 120 m River floating dock.According to the requirements of the China Classification Society,the "floating dock"(2009),the finite element method is carried out to verify whether the strength of major components is satisfied with the standard.(3)Based on the drawing of the 120 m River floating dock and the relevant standard requirements,the general longitudinal strength calculation of the floating dock is carried out to verify the total longitudinal strength of the whole ship to meet the standard requirements.(4)To 120m(7000t design uplift)moored in the inland steel floating dock as the object of study,calculation will be proceed about stability under tail floating state in launching,and then analyzes whether the longitudinal bending strength meet requirements of standards,to provide a meaningful conclusion for the calculation of ship launching.
