Analysis And Construction Simulation Of Spoke Structure For Large-scale Stadium

As a class of light space structure with self-equilibrate property,spoke structure is widely used as the canopy roof structure of large-scale stadium for its outstanding advantages such as light self-weight,beautiful configuration,large span,large space and so on.In the paper,the structure system and construction method of spoke structure were analyzed as general engineering sense with theoretical derivation and numerical simulation.Firstly,the whole analysis process of spoke structure was summerized as six states and five analysis process,the main characteristics of each state and process were introduced,as well as their relationship.Then the force density method for form-finding and the governing formula for structural analysis was presented.Based on the formula,the flow chart of numerical simulation was proposed.The influence of the pre-tension,the height of fly-mast,the dimensions of the inner ring and out ring,etc.was evaluated with light structure design software EASY.A series of particular cases of spoke structure,classified as Spoke Structure with Single outer ring and Two inner ring(STSS),Spoke Structure with Two outer rings and Single inner ring(TSSS),Saddle-Shaped single-layer Cable-net Structure(SSCS),Spoke structure derived from combination of STSS and TSSS(STTS)and Cable-Truss Structure with Crescent non-closed plan(CCTS),were investigated and compared,so that their structural characteristics were summerized.The analysis method of spoke structure under the synergistic effect of the supporting structure was presented including integrated formfinding analysis and pre-stressed analysis,the relevant governing equations were formulated.The numerical analysis was carried out for Zaozhuang stadium and the difference was evaluated.Based on the dynamic relaxation method,the construction simulation method and its numerical analysis process were proposed.The particular case,Zaozhuang stadium,was simulated using the MATLAB programme.
