In the field of construction engineering,a series of problems need to be solved,such as lack of information synergy among various disciplines,complicated manual and repetitive modeling process,low visualization of two-dimensional drawings and poor simulation of construction process.The idea of BIM(Building Information Modeling)can solve some of the above problems.Spoke-tension structure has the advantages of light weight,large span and other obvious superiorities and is widely applied in the international large-scale public buildings.In this paper,based on A Statium project,BIM concept is applied to spoke cable truss structures.Structural design software STCAD,secondary development program interface based on Revit and NavisWorks construction simulation software are used to construct interaction model of design and construction data.The coordination of structural design,architectural expression and construction simulation is initially realized,and the parametric design of components,the deepening design of nodes,and the control of force and form during tension process are completed.The main problems and conclusions of this research are as follows:(1)Develop the basic spatial modeling function based on Revit.Revit is the most widely used in the field of BIM and provides a powerful API interface to facilitate developers to call and share data.Combined with the needs of A Statium project,the author has studied the specific implementation methods of basic functions such as element,family and three-dimensional entity creation and editing,which is the basic work of stretching process simulation and subsequent parametric design.(2)Construct data interaction framework based on Revit secondary development interface program.The framework runs through the project,and the 4 core steps are: a,extract the required model data from the structure software;b,establish parameterized component and node family library;c,develop Revit software secondarily;d,simulate construction process.Among them,the Revit secondary development realizes the interaction between the structural data and the building data.The developed program interface extracts building information from the STCAD structural model,and then generates the entity model to realize the parametric design of the component and the deepening design of the node.Once the parameters in STCAD change,data in Revit will change automatically and synchronously to avoid the traditional methods of data diversion and other tedious work.(3)Simulate the tension process of the structure using vector form intrinsic finite element method.Different from the traditional finite element method,the vector form intrinsic finite element method is suitable for solving the structure of large deformation and large displacement.The latest version of STCAD software is embedded with vector form intrinsic finite element method,with which the tension process of the structure is anlyzed and simulated.(4)Effectively control the force and shape of the construction process.The shape and force of the spoke cable truss structure correspond to one another,and the non-stress cable length method is an important basis for determining the blanking length.The author analyzes 6 common tension schemes.It is suggested that tense the upper radial cable first and then the lower radial cable for A Statium.The angle between the upper and the lower radial cables and the horizontal plane and the change of the cable force at different stages are also studied.In addition,the method of adjusting the boundary error by adjusting the length of the sling is put forward,and the uncontrollable situation when the boundary error is produced is analyzed. |
