The large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure is a prestressed large-span spatial structure suitable for stadium roofs.In this paper,the finite element analysis and theoretical derivation methods are used to study the boundary conditions,tension forming methods and construction errors in the design and construction of large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The general finite element software MIDAS / GEN and ANSYS were used to establish the analysis model of the large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure with different boundary conditions.By comparing the displacement,internal force,natural vibration characteristics and double nonlinear limit load of the structure with different boundary conditions proved that the large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure is a self-balancing structure system.The construction sequence of the peripheral structure has little effect on the internal large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure,which can provide guidance for the construction of this type of structure.(2)Based on the time-varying structure theory,the construction process of different construction methods for the large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure is simulated,and the life and death element technology is used to simulate the addition and removal of components,taking into account component deformation and stress cumulative effects on formation patterns.Comparing the displacement,internal force or stress of different tensile forming methods with design ideal structure to evaluate the construction effect of different tensile forming methods,and find the tensile forming method suitable for this type of structure and apply it to engineering practice.It can provide a basis for the subsequent selection of the tensile forming method of this type of structure.(3)Based on the error distribution theory,a cable length error distribution method that considers manufacturing and installation factors is proposed.According to the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL),the cable length error and cable force tension error analysis programs were compiled,and the single factor of the loop cable length error,the radial cable length error and the cable force tension error were analyzed separately and obtained the influence law for the large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure.(4)Coupling analysis of the main error factors of the construction process is carried out according to the construction tension scheme of the large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure.Based on the fixed cable length tension construction scheme,coupling analysis of radial cable length error and loop cable length error;based on active tension radial cable construction scheme,coupling analysis of radial cable force tension error,radial cable length error and loop cable length error to obtain the influence of the construction error of th e scheme on the mechanical properties of the large opening Spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid structure.It can provide guidance for the subsequent design and the selection of the tensile construction scheme of this type of structure.
