| The current domestic auto enterprises competitiveness is far behind the foreign car companies in the developed countries,especially in the high-end market.One reason is that domestic automobile manufacturing quality is far less than that in the developed countries.And the vehicle body quality problem is more than 40%.Back in the 90 s,the three major car companies(GM,Ford and Chrysler)in a short span of three years to their bodywork control within 2 mm at dimension deviation quickly regain the market share occupied by Japan.This fully shows the importance of body size control in the whole car market competitiveness.Research object is A-model vehicle put into production in three years has been millions of vehicles,Although its production and sales continue to increase,it brings challenge to the product quality.As we know,the body size state fell,therefore improving A-model dimension status need to be addressed.White body size deviation in the process of manufacturing is mainly affected by the method of 4M1 E.Using the method of 6sigma management,this paper analysis and researches factors about 4M1 E,which affect the size of A-model white body,in order to find the main reasons why body size is not up to standard and poor stability.Ultimately,it could implement measures for stable qualified rate of A-model white body size.The CMM measuring machine collects white body size data which is deal with MDIA system,so that it could estimate the four crucial reason of effecting the qualified rate of A model size and four instability factors.For the above eight points,this paper make the effective corrective actions,and review the A-model size of control system by using 6sigma management.Finally the qualified rate of A-model size reaches more 15%.And the stability index falls 0.8mm,which realizes the anticipated objective. |
