Study On Project Quality Management Of Energy Saving Solution Development On Air Compressor

With the development of manufacturing industry,the industry’s increased competition is the inevitable course.As China is enforcing energy conservation and emission reduction policies,value-added energy-saving retrofit and service mode of industrial equipment attract more and more attention,which can reduce the running cost and increase the productive efficiency.It is of great significance for the industrial-equipment makers to understand how to take the opportunity of market and policy to provide the consumers with desirable products and push reformative development services of the manufacturing industry.In this article,we take a subsidiary of an international corporation as the research object.The research focuses on the enterprise energy saving solutions project management.We started the research with some problems such as quality requirement of some problematic project,project building of the quality system and quality upgrading.Then the literature investigation was conducted to search for solutions.In our work,we represented how to apply the quality function deployment(QFD)methodology to requirement analysis of the highly customized project,how to combine the comparative method with QFD to setting quality strategic planning and how to build a quality guarantee system.With the comprehensive application of the theory of project quality management,we provide a viable guideline for the project development with commodity/service dual attributes or the project management with highly customization and Indeterminacy.
