| Fastening the application and promotion of electrical vehicles is an effective way to relief the energy and environment crisis and upgrade the automobile industry.Electrical vehicles have been used widely with the intense promotion of the national and local governments,however the promotion and construction of charging infrastructures are still at preliminary and exploring stage.Problems in aspects of construction design,management method and business models restrict charging infrastructures from developing.Based on survey on the current construction and application situation of charging infrastructures in Shanghai,this paper conduct investigation of the construction and management models of electrical vehicles’ charging infrastructures.Firstly we summarize the developing situation and relevant technology of electrical vehicles and charging infrastructures and analysis the importance of charging infrastructures.Then the developing process of charging infrastructures abroad and their experience are concluded,the domestic developing process of charging infrastructures and the current construction market of charging infrastructures are analyzed.Above all,the promotion method,management and business method of charging infrastructures and models that are beneficial to building the charging system are investigated.Conclusions are concluded that to promote the construction of charging infrastructures,improving the enthusiasm of involved units or agents,increasing the using efficiency of charging infrastructures and determining the number of charging infrastructuresreasonably are essential aspects.The construction and management enterprises in the charging infrastructures construction market should focus on integrating the information serving platform of different enterprises.Of the two current management model of charging infrastructures,PPP model are widely applicable and have the advantage of improving the enthusiasm of involved agents and promoting the construction of charging infrastructures.Conclusions could be the guide or reference of the development of charging infrastructures. |
