With the continuous development of China's economy,people's living standards have been improved,life has been extended.The number of older people will be increasing,so people begin to be more concerned about health issues,medical facilities and the improvement of the medical level will follow.However,the cost of medical treatment is relatively high,the people of the medical cost reduction is more and more high.In this big background,the cost of medical instrument product is very important.Localization production is a very important way to reduce the cost of medical products,and the localization development of the function testing system of medical hydraulic pump is one of the most important parts.In the development of the localization of the functional test system of medical hydraulic pump,the research and understanding of the medical hydraulic pump must be carried out.Medical hydraulic pump is a kind of hydraulic cylinder device which is applied in the medical bed.It plays an important role in the whole bed structure.It belongs to the category of hydraulic industry,and must meet the requirements of safety,health and non pollution.Secondly,it is necessary to analyze the testing process of the medical hydraulic pump.All functional testing system must be effective to check whether the product is in conformity with the relevant requirements,and the performance of the product can be simulated in various conditions.Finally,the process requirements of the hydraulic vertical pump detection system are required,and the hardware selection and configuration of the whole control system is carried out.This project selects the SIEMENS S7-313 series PLC as the core control system,through the SIEMENS Profibus-DP field bus to realize the network connection with the BTL5 displacement sensor,and the data communication with SIEMENS KTP1000.Using STEP-7 programming software,the hardware of the system configuration,design and development of the system software.In the full functional test system,due to the need for simulation of hydraulic pump's actual use,for it loads need to be precisely controlled.In this regard,it is used FESTO MPPE type proportional pressure regulator for pressure of the cylinder pressure control,so as to achieve control by the liquid pressure pump load.At present,the system has been put into practical operation,for the entire vertical pump line of product quality control.At the same time,because of its testing is fully automatic,no additional personnel increase.This project reduced production costs,improved production efficiency,and got the user's recognition.
