On-site field test is a last step of the development of large electromechanical equipment,but the long period of a standard test for product like vehicle,railway or wind turbine has become a constraint of the development progress.In addition,as a test event,a number of experiments carried out at the same time involve the management of vast data and multiple configurations.An automated data collection and analysis system can increase the efficiency and accuracy of the test.According to business requirements of automatically downloading data from the wind turbine,post-processing and report distribution,a Windows desktop application is developed to synchronize,examine and analyze the data of remote test devices.This application synchronizes test data by FTP protocol,automatically detects the signal and alerts abnormal data by a precise examination method,analyzes the test data by interacting with the data analysis software – imcFAMOS,runs the task circularly and concurrently by Java standard objects-TimerTask and SwingWorker,implements a computationally intensive GUI based on Java Swing framework that can configure,start or stop multiple tasks,meanwhile,the user can check the data synchronization progress in real-time and review the data trace.This software program is applicable to data collection and analysis of other electromechanical equipment using the same field test system.This software program is also applicable to other kind of field test system only by modifying the modules of program interaction.
