| ECU(Electronic Control Unit)has become one of the most high technology and the largest profit in modern automotive industry.In the contemporary era of the fast development of high technology,with improvement of people’s life,the requirements of automotive safety,power,handling,comfort will be continued to improve.According to relevant authorities forecast to 2015,automotive electronic equipments will account for 60% of the total price of the car.Therefore,ECU is a typical representative of the automotive electronics equipment.It will be applied more and more in the future.It is well known that the ECU as hardware and software set as one of the independent control system,which contain various interface requirements(including digital I / O interface for input and output,analog I / O interface for input and output,bus data communication,load,stimulation),fault diagnosis,data storage and so on.Base on various application,ECU has high quality requirements for reliability and real-time.How to ensure a good test system to complete the complex function test? This is a big challenge which we have to face to.To meet this kind of challenge,the Germany’s famous company Vector,VT system was designed and born.The VT system has so many characteristics of different types of modules,including load measurement module,simulation module,digital module,power supply module.Due to both modularity and extensibility of VT system,greatly improving the automotive electronic control unit(ECU)test efficiency.Because of the complexity of the VT system,the simple manual calibration will affect the efficiency and reliability of the calibration.This paper is based on the background of the actual application of the German enterprise test system,and the automatic calibration technology of VT system is analyzed and studied from the point of view of engineering application.The relevant overview of the VT system,the CANoe software application for ECU,vehicle network analysis and test were described.The CAPL language of VT system,the calibration software MET/CAL,calibration equipment Fluke5500 A and Agilent 34401 were introduced.And then the information interaction and calibration system of VT system were taken focus on.The design of calibration system and test system of VT communication protocol has achieved.It provides automatic calibration scheme which is effective and reliable for the calibration of VT test system.For improving the dependability of VT test system,the accuracy of the future automotive industry to the high requirements of ECU quality has practical significance. |
