In the context of the current advanced development strategy of manufacturing in order to realize intelligent manufacturing,countries around the world have proposed how to realize the interaction and fusion of information virtual bodies and physical entities in the process of product manufacturing.It provides a solution for it.Based on the digital mock-up technology,this paper proposes a solution that can simulate the equipment during the design stage of the production line.The digital mock-up is built with the brush hook table in the commutator production line as the object,and its function and performance are verified.The main research contents of this article are:First of all,the solution of the digital mock-up of the motor commutator brush hook table based on PLC data drive is designed.The demand analysis of the digital mock-up of the brush hook platform was carried out,and the overall scheme design was carried out,including the module division of the digital mock-up and the analysis of the problems that occurred in the realization of the digital mock-up.In the module division of the system,the concept of CPS is used to divide the digital mock-up into physical modules and information modules.Secondly,the digital mock-up of the motor commutator brush hook table based on PLC data drive was completed.According to the module division of the brush hook platform,the completion of the sub-modules to the construction of the digital mock-up of the brush hook platform,which includes the design of the physical module,the design of the information module,and the communication design between the physical module and the information module,realizes information interaction between modules.Thirdly,through experiments on the physical equipment to extract the motor response time and cylinder running time of the digital mock-up,and modify the PLC control program segment of the corresponding action according to the extracted motor response time and cylinder running time under each action,so that each The PLC timing of this action is equal to the actual working PLC timing.Finally,the anomaly detection verification and sub-station verification are carried out on the established digital mock-up of the brush hook platform,and the overall function and performance verification is carried out.Among them,functional verification includes structural interference verification and PLC functional verification of the designed brush hook table model;performance verification includes verification of the PLC design timing and actual working timing of the brush hook table.
