| With the development of virtual reality technology,it has gradually penetrated in all kinds of fields.At present,China is in a critical period of restructuring of the energy.Replacing the traditional energy with new type of clean energy to meet the needs of the energy shortage has become the future direction of our country’s development.Nuclear power is a kind of clean energy economy,and the technology of it has been developing from the second generation to the three generations.The design pattern of nuclear porwerplant has also changed from the traditional two-dimensional design to the three-dimensional design.This paper applys virtural reality technology to the design and analysis of CAP1400,a new passive pressurized water reactor nuclear powerplant.The virtual powerplant based on Unity3 D is designed and realized by the use of three-dimensional model data.These data currently exist in the demonstration project of CAP1400.The target of this paper is to guide and verify the design of nuclear powerplant by use of vritual powerplant,and it can be the basis of overall lifecycle-oriented digital nuclear powerplant.As the primary stage of virtualized power plants,this paper studied the technical characteristics of virtual reality technology and its application status in various industries.According to all major virtual reality engine,there is a technical comparison.In the overall design of the structure and characteristics of CAP1400 premise,completed the technology selection.The main work includes three aspects:1.Construction of virtual powerplant environments.This paper classifies the virtualpowerplant’s resources and analyses the three-dimensional model data of the demonstration project.According to technical characteristics of CAP14000 plant design platform and the input constraint of Unity3D virtual reality engine,this paper autonomously designs and relizes the technical solution of data conversion.The results of data conversion which transformed from an available formats can be used by Unity3D engine.This paper proposes some optiomization methods after the testing and validation.2.Design and optimization based on human facotrs engineering of the main control area.This paper takes the design of main control area as an application object,designs the resources process flow of virtual main control area based on Unity3 D virtual reality scene building technology,standardizes the way of scene vitualization,and provides the solution of building virtual scene within the scope of the whole powerplant.Through human factors engineering guidelines,this paper analyses the existing design by the use of the virtual main control area which has been built.3.Personnel path planning based on partition of radiation.This paper combines organicthree-dimensional model data,virtual reality technology,path planning and the measure value of radiation partition by using Unity3 D virtual reality engine.CAP1400 powerplant is a complex system.This paper designs and realizes the path planning by using of virtual reality technology and the shortest path algorithm.Using node information storage and filtering methods,enable to locate the item or form a personnel escape route planning based on the dedicated escape route and exits of the powerplants.The main results of this paper is achieving the virtual environment of the powerplant by transform the engineering design data into a kind of virtual reality three-dimensional model data based on Unity3 D engine.It is introduced and applied in the layout design of key personnel residing region and path planning based on partition of radiation.The former uses virtual reality technology to build a virtual environment of main control area,and determins the design change scheme in order to ensure efficiency and comfort of operators.The later uses the does rate of the radiation partition and the algorithm to plan the personal path.Through test and verification,the basis for scheme selection can be provided by the fitting analysis between the discreet value and measured values. |
