Studying And Designing Of Measurement System Of Matching Device For Aircraft Borne Measurement And Control System

The automatic test system(ATE)of E1/YS60-CS matching device is mainly used to test the electrical performance of the matching device.E1/YS60-CS matching device detection system consist of Agilent Co 34980 A multi-function switch / measure unit,N6700 B modular power system,self-developed test bench and the computer together with the relevant test procedures,is used to test the system and check on the performance of line matching device,and judging test results in compliance with technical requirements.The system uses advanced,high reliability of the components and parts of the application form,windows.NET software development platform using the Microsoft Corp for programming(C# programming language is one of the default.NET),complete the main control system software main interface,to complete the automatic test.The whole system is a high degree of automation,good reliability,convenient service upgrade,can be measured in different equipment according to different test set by the user,has great flexibility,and can be measured data collection,storage,analysis,to meet user testing requirements for matching device.The test system measures multiple channels.Based on the powerful function of Agilent Co 34980 A multi-function switch / measurement unit and N6700 B modular power system,the system is simple and convenient.This paper introduces the concept of automatic test and related knowledge,proposes thetechnical requirements,and then discusses the overall structure of the whole system.On this basis,the hardware is analyzed and selected.The principle,working principle and circuit principle of each part of the test stand are discussed in detail.Combined with the actual situation,the debugging process of the whole system and the PCB(Printed Circuit Board)is emphasized.Finally,a summary is made.
