Research On Architectural Programming Of Relief Management Station Based On Strengths Perspective

In 2003,the promulgation of the Rules for the Relief and Management of Wanderers and Beggars with No Lives in Cities formally changed the management system of wanderers and beggars in China.In 2012,the Ministry of Civil Affairs promulgated the Rank Assessment of Relief and Management Institutions,which clearly stipulated the level of relief stations.In 2015,the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the Rural Relief and Management for Wanderers and Be Station construction standards put forward a brief requirement on the basic issues of the construction of the rescue station.These provisions indicate that the rescue station is developing towards science and rationalization,but the construction and design of the rescue station is not advancing on the road of rational development.Scientific and reasonable investigation of design conditions and compilation of design tasks are the prerequisite and necessary conditions for scientific and rational design,and the study of building planning for rescue stations is produced under this background.By introducing the strengths perspective rheory in sociology,the architectural programming of rescue station is different from the general planning research.By explaining the important concepts and principles in the superiority perspective theory,and analyzing the correlation between the superiority perspective and the salvage station building,the connotation,principles and procedures of the salvage station building planning are clarified.The main contents of rescue station building planning are determined as follows: function planning,scale planning,space planning and form planning;the principles of rescue station building planning are defined as follows: integration of superior resources,excavation of multiple possibilities,and comprehensive centralized control;the procedure of rescue station building planning can be divided into three stages: adjustment.Research,specific planning and results expression.In the stage of investigation and research,through the field investigation of Harbin and Hangzhou relief management stations,as well as online data collection,the general situation of domestic rescue stations is summarized.The characteristics of two foreign sanctuaries were summarized through data collection.The specific aspects and operation steps of the investigation of the external and internal conditions of the rescue station are determined,and the types and needs of the people who use the rescue station and the use of the space of the rescue station are determined.In the specific planning stage,the steps,methods and principles of function-scale planning,space planning and form planning are discussed in combination with the empowerment concept,cooperation concept and integration concept in the theory of superiority perspective.In the stage of achievement expression,the steps and main contents of drawing up the design task statement of the rescue station are defined,and the methods of summing up the planning achievements are summarized.In this paper,the basic theory of architectural programming as a guide,based on the strengths perspective theory to launch the relief management sation planning research.This paper mainly adopts the methods of data investigation,field investigation,case analysis and multi-disciplinary cross-study,probes into the methods adopted in architectural programming of rescue station,clarifies the contents to be discussed in each stage of programming,provides theoretical guidance for the scientific and rational design of relief management station,and fills in the research of architectural programming of relief management station.
