Research On Architectural Design Of Yuanbao Island In Yangliuqing Town Of Tianjin Under The Guidance Of Architectural Programming

As China's economic development enters a new normal,the cultural industry is becoming an important force for economic transformation and development.The construction of the core area of the city has become the top priority for the rapid development of the city.As cities develop faster and faster,more and more construction projects continue to explore various resources within the city.In the process,natural resources and cultural resources have become dependent objects,bringing protection to cultural resources.Enormous pressure.Among them,some projects lack analysis of the utilization of historical environmental resources,lack of planning and grasp of the core area format,and need to be improved in the strategy of architectural design.Therefore,under the premise of satisfying the urban design guidelines of Yangliuqing Town of Tianjin,this paper discovers the responsibility and value of the architectural design project of Yuanbao Island through the architectural programming in the core area of Yangliuqing Town.In the context of the core area of the city,this paper focuses on the guiding role of architectural programming in architectural design.Based on the analysis of the elements of architectural design and related cases,and the project positioning,the surrounding environment of the building and the future development of urban cultural industry,the basic framework of architectural programming and guiding architectural design methods is proposed.The basic framework is the means by which the architectural programming of this paper guides the Yuanbao Island project.That is,through the architectural programming,a cultural industry chain of ?government set up – cultural singing – enterprise customization? is launched to promote the specificity of the Yuanbao Island project.design.The main body of the framework consists of five parts.The core is the cultural industry chain of ?government-led-cultural singing-enterprise customization?,the architectural programming subject,architectural programming object,and architectural programming method as the content elements of the framework.The framework not only solves the problem of the government's lack of in-depth study of culture in the process of urban development in Yuanbao Island,but also avoids the phenomenon of real estate developers implanting unreasonable formats without any research work.This research is a preliminary discussion on architectural programming and guiding architectural design.It can provide architectural programming ideas for architectural design projects in the core urban areas of the future.However,whether the conclusions drawn in this paper are universal is further confirmed.
