Research On Architectural Programming And Design Of Xinjiang Guanghui Gexin New City Leisure Complex

With the rapid development of today’s e-commerce,the online shopping platforms attract a large number of consumers,severely threatening traditional commerce.To summarize the reasons of commercial entities,the first is the high proportion of retail formats in the shopping center,which won’t win the price war with the online shopping platform.Second,traditional shopping centers lack in distinguishing features,not only on the contents but also the image of the building.In contrast,e-commerce platform not only has a price advantage in the retail goods,but also does well in create all kinds of shopping festivals to stimulate mass consumption.However,the e-commerce platform is not perfect with much parallel goods and poor shopping experience.Thus,the leisure complex is studied for the transition mode of the commercial real estate impacted.Generally speaking,in addition to overcome the drawbacks of their own above,they can also learn from the advantages of the new technology in e-commerce platform.Then this paper discusses the implementation of this leisure complex,both in the architectural programming and architectural design level.Specifically,to the architectural design level,with regard to the Xinjiang Guanghui project,coping strategies are suggested as follow: After determining the project positioning,firstly,based on the local situation of Xinjiang,a main axis of native culture is proposed and four segments of it are named after four of the most popular tourist cities.Under the guidance of "differentiation",this paper uses the case study method and divides the consumer into groups,focusing on children’s experience products,water recreation products and old-age health products,etc,then to determine their size,study their organization.To be visionary,here it also tries to innovate some new products to face the coming challenges and opportunities of VR and AR technologies.Later in the article,the paper gradually develops from the planning level to the design level,in accordance with the planning content,and propose a conceptual design.The final results of the architectural design are attached in the appendix.
