In this thesis,theoretical derivation,experimental simulation,measurement comparison and evaluation analysis are used.Firstly,the current road lighting standard is not suitable for low-level lighting.The low-level road lighting glare standard should be more stringent.Under the premise of reducing glare,we do not need the current standard brightness to see the road.To explore the brightness values under low glare conditions,the small target visibility criteria were chosen to measure the quality of the illumination under different brightness and glare conditions.The brightness was calculated to be 0.75 to 2.0 cd/m2,and the glare value(%)was in the range of 0 to 10,which increased the influence of brightness and glare on visibility.Suggested values for brightness and glare for low-level road lighting are based on experimental data.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.China's road lighting standard indicators are similar to those of CIE and the United States.These standards are based on past experience of high illumination mode and are not suitable for low-level lighting.2.Using visibility as a road visual evaluation method,the brightness is 0.75 to2.0 cd/m2,the glare value(%)is in the range of 0 to 10.The glare value has a significant influence on the visibility.When the glare increases from 0 to 10%,the visibility loss is about 30%.The brightness value has no obvious influence on the visibility,TI(%)?3,the visibility is already good,the road surface brightness is basically not improved,and the TI value(%)is around 10.The increase of the road surface brightness can increase the visibility(about 10%).Therefore,reducing the current glare and brightness standards is a feasible new lighting strategy.Finally,the recommended value of the average brightness of low-level road illumination is given,1.2~1.4cd/m2.The glare value is TI(%)?5.The academic innovations of this paper are as follows:1.The experiment was carried out under the condition of dark room with limited space,and based on small target method.The experiment was carried out to study theinfluence of the brightness and glare on visibility.The main research focus is on 0.75 to 2.0 cd/m2,and the glare value(%)is in the range of 0 to 10,which increases the influence of brightness and glare on visibility.Provides a measured data base for the proposed new standard.2.Based on the experimental results,a new idea of lighting to reduce glare and reduce brightness is proposed,and the brightness value and glare value standard suitable for low-level illumination are proposed.Providing a new lighting strategy for road lighting workers,combined with optical light distribution and object light distribution methods,to develop low-level street lamps that can meet new standards,creating a healthy and energy-saving low-level road lighting environment.
