With the rapid development of urbanization in China,more and more large-scale commercial office buildings have emerged,and the proportion of building energy consumption in the whole society is as high as 40%.Especially large-scale commercial office buildings have the characteristics of high energy consumption.The energy consumption of air-conditioning system accounts for about 50% to 65% of the total energy consumption of buildings.Reducing the energy consumption of air-conditioning system means that the total energy consumption of buildings can be greatly reduced,thus reducing the energy consumption level of the whole society.The research object of this paper is the building air-conditioning system of a financial building project in Shenzhen.The air-conditioning system uses ice storage and variable air volume air-conditioning energy-saving technology,which is a typical combination of technology application in large commercial office buildings.Ice storage air conditioning system is used in the cold source system of air conditioning room,and variable air volume air conditioning system is used in the terminal air conditioning system.This paper introduces the basic concepts and advantages of ice storage and variable air volume air conditioning,the development status at home and abroad,and puts forward some problems that can be easily ignored in the project construction management of ice storage and variable air volume air conditioning system.Based on the author's work experience and thinking,the solution is given.By comparing and analyzing the economic benefits of ice storage air conditioning system and conventional cold source air conditioning system,we can know that the operation cost of ice storage air conditioning system can be saved up to 30%,which is worthy of wide application.
