For many modern buildings, the central air-conditioner is an indispensable energy consumption system. And its energy consumption in the building energy consumption accounts for 40%-60%. Energy saving transformation of central air-conditioning system has become an urgent task in energy-saving aspects of buildings. Energy consumption of water system is one of the main factors that affect the energy consumption of the building. So energy saving study of the equipment in central air-conditioner water system has significant practical and promoting values.The problem of energy waste is obvious in flow controlled through analyzing the water system of central air-conditioner, and this essay determined central air-conditioning control system using a variable-volume controlling scheme to save energy. The central air-conditioning system is a typical Multi-Variable, Non-Linear, and Time-varying system and its degree of difficulty is also very high. So the paper discussed a self-adjusting fuzzy control to be applied in the central air-conditioner variable-volume water system. This scheme can realize variable-volume water system by changing the quantized factors and proportional factor of fuzzy control. And self-adjusting fuzzy control in the central air-conditioner variable-volume controlling water system had good control effect through simulation results and can achieve the energy targets. Variable-volume controlling technology in the central air conditioning water system combined with frequency conversion technology and intelligent control technology can track of load change real-timely, change the water flow through BAS system and the actual application effect of energy saving can be obtained.This paper proposed the practical application of self-adjusting fuzzy control in the central air-conditioner water system, and discussed and practiced the scheme using Honeywell products based on some Nanjing hotel. The self-adjusting fuzzy control algorithm in the central air-conditioner water system is realized by CARE program, which can improve the devices’ energy saving effect. Through the monitoring and estimation of the actual running of the equipment, variable-volume controlling technology based on self-adjusting fuzzy control of the central air conditioner water system is considered as an effective energy saving scheme.
