Research On Code System Of Cruise Ship Production Design Based On Full Life Cycle Management

Hailed as "the brightest pearl in the crown" by the shipbuilding industry,large luxury cruise ships are far different from other types of ships in terms of design concept and construction technology.Under the national "One Belt And One Road" initiative,China has opened up a number of new routes,promoting the development of Chinese cruise market into the golden period,more and more people choose to travel by cruise.In order to occupy a place in the growing cruise market,China should firstly complete the localization of the design and construction of cruise ship.As a key link of the design work,the importance of production design of cruise liner is self-evident.Parts and models involved in the production design of cruise ships are extremely various,if a large amount of information cannot be well transmitted between different professions,the efficiency of ship construction will be greatly reduced.In order to improve the standardization of information and management efficiency,various information management systems need to be established in the process of cruise production design to transmit and manage information.As a special representation of information,coding is the basis of information standardization and normalization.At first,this paper studies the production design code of typical existing ships,and then combines the design and construction characteristics of cruise ships to study the production design code of cruise ships.The main research contents include:(1)Studying the existing typical ship according to the characteristics of the existing typical ship's production design,mainly develop from hull and outfitting,summarize the existing typical ship's production design code system,study the specific design code,then sum up the deficiencies when typical ship's production design code applied to cruise.(2)Analyzing the design and construction characteristics of cruise ships,analyze and study the contents of the whole life cycle management of cruise ships,and summarize the application of the full life cycle management in the coding system on this basis.Establishing the framework of cruise production design coding system,and compare it with the existing typical ships,so as to lay a foundation for the formulation of cruise production design coding rules.(3)Mainly developing from the hull parts coding,outfittings code and drawing files coding,divide the content of the coding system of cruise ship production design in detail,the coding rules of cruise ship production design are formulated and studied in detail by adopting the compilation method that is not applicable to the existing coding rules of ship production design.
