| With the development of urban and rural reform and rapid increase of distribution grid engineering projects, for power supply company it is becoming a key problem about how to improve the abilities of safe operation and asset profitability, as well as propose the new method and measure to extend economica life of distribution grid. Under the conditions of safe and reliable operation for distribution grid, the system based whole life cycle management can make the whole life cycle engineering project of distribution network the lowest overall cost.In the engineering projects of distribution network, the implementation of whole life cycle management is an inevitable trend for the project management of electric power enterprises. It has become the most important problem for the distribution network project management on how to rationally use project investment, maximize improving the unreasonable and low reliability distribution network structure. In this paper, the topic research is around this, the main contents are as follows.Firstly, the paper introduces the meaning of whole life cycle management, and the main content and the characteristics of whole life cycle management of engineering project. Secondly, the paper analyzes the practicablity of whole life cycle management applied in electric power enterprises. Thirdly, the composition of whole life cycle cost of distribution network engineering project is introduced. Taking a new Shi Zhuang substation lOkV line project in Qufu Power Supply Company as an example, the paper presents some specific measures to optimize the whole life cycle cost of distribution network project.Finally, taking Qufu power supply company in 2013 construction project as an case, the paper introduces the integrated management mode of whole life cycle in the engineering project of distribution network management, and makes some researches on the integration strategy of whole life cycle management of distribution network engineering project, organizational structure design, the parties involved in the project participation, project management, risk management, the integration management of information and culture integrated management, respectively. |
