| Equipment is the source of revenue for enterprise,at present,our country still adopts the periodic inspection mode as the management mode for large equipment.As the equipment is more sophisticated and intelligent with the development of science and technology,the superfluous and deficient maintenance disadvantages brought by the periodic inspection mode are more obvious.The hydraulic turbine governor life cycle management arranges the maintenance plan based on hydraulic turbine governor state,which solve the disadvantages brought by the periodic inspection mode effectively.From the perspective of life cycle management,this paper aims to develop the hydraulic turbine governor life cycle management system optimal for the effective running time.Firstly,we analyzed the management requirements of hydraulic turbine governor for ledger management and maintenance management of the life cycle management system,the hydraulic turbine governor life cycle management system is divided into six functional modules based on the requirements analysis,and every module is designed specifically.Secondly,we designed the software architecture of life cycle management system by the C/S mode,based on the requirements analysis;A more suitable encoding system for the hydraulic turbine governor life cycle management system is proposed,the new encoding system can be easily made out for workers in addition to machines,which is convenient for human-computer interaction;The index system is confirmed,and detailed points of the index system is designed;A way of weight adjustment based on bathtub curve is proposed when adjusting the weights of index system,by considering the duration characteristics of the life cycle management;It has been proposed that the metabolism theory should be applied in weibull distribution fitting model,combining the actual situation of the accumulated state evaluation date over time,when fitting the hydraulic turbine governor state data by weibull distribution fitting model,which makes the weibull distribution fitting model more tally with the actual situation and have a more accurate fitting results.Finally,we develop the hydraulic turbine governor life cycle management software exampled by microcomputer control hydraulic turbine governor,using Borland C++ Builder client development software and SQL Server database development software. |
