| The gradual development of cruise ship industry in China could bring great economic benefits,but it also creates considerable impacts on the environment,The design trend is to reduce the pollution and improve the quality of cruise ships.Therefore,it is very important to carry out researches on the energy efficiency of cruise ships that closely related to cruise comfort.Researches in the world on the EEDI of cruise ships and cruise comfort are still very limited.Based on domestic and international data collection and on-site investigation,The EEDI-LCA model that is applicable to cruise ships is proposed.And the evaluation system of comfort and energy efficiency for cruise ships is constructed by integrating comfort influence factors with the cruise energy efficiency model.In addition,the software of cruise comfort and energy efficiency evaluation and optimization is compiled.By analyzing cruise leisure design indexes published by CCS and the study on tourist satisfaction,supplemented by Maslow’s psychological analysis,a comfort index system of cruise ships is established in this study.According to the proposed index system,four visual indicators are selected to classify cruise ships.Then based on the design characteristics of cruise ships,the EEDI formula for cruise ships is proposed.A comprehensive energy efficiency model of cruise ships combined with the cruise EEDI formula is constructed from the life cycle perspective by using the LCA method.The regression reference line of cruise ships is fitted,and the ship energy efficiency models of 13 cruise ships are compared.Integrating cruise comfort and life cycle energy efficiency model,a multi-factor fusion index system for cruise comfort and energy efficiency evaluation is proposed.Based on the combination weighting method,the energy efficiency index of cruise ship is combined with the cruise comfort index to achieve a reliable score.In the meantime,the comfort energy efficiency evaluation and optimization system of cruise ship is developed with the assistance of Oracle database platform and PLSQL language.The feasibility and rationality of the software applications are verified by the reference cruise ships provided by Mediterranean company.By studying the relationship between cruise comfort and energy efficiency,the cruise energy efficiency model value and the cruise comfort energy efficiency score is calculated,and then the multi-objective optimization of the two objective functions is carried out based on the genetic algorithm.The best balance between cruise comfort and energy efficiency is found,and the value of cruise parameters to achieve the best balance between comfort and energy efficiency in the initial design stage are determined,which provid reference for cruise green design. |
