In recent years,because of the rapid economic development,energy supply is tight,and human daily production activities make carbon emissions increasing,air pollution is becoming more and more serious,and living environment is deteriorating.The new concept of low-carbon environmental protection has laid a good foundation for the birth of new energy vehicles by virtue of the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the replacement of traditional automobiles by new energy vehicles has become an inevitable trend in the development of the industry.As the leader of the new energy automobile industry,BYD has been the world's largest sales of new energy automobiles for four consecutive years in recent years?Under such a circumstance,how to explore a profit model suitable for their own development in the fierce market competition,the study of BYD's profit model,It has great practical significance.In this paper,through the study of BYD Company,the author explores its profit model and the composition of its elements,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of BYD's competition.subsequently,the research object is choosing the financial data from 2013 to 2017,the author analyses and evaluates the profit model from two aspects of profitability and profit quality and from the financial perspective.At present,BYD company's vertical integration is excessive,business performance depends on industrial policy subsidies,and BYD research and development efforts are low.Finally,a series of optimization suggestions are put forward to solve the three problems of BYD,hoping to provide suggestions and help for domestic new energy enterprises in establishing and improving their own profit model.It also provides theoretical support and practical reference for the same type of new energy enterprises when making profit model.At the same time,it provides certain reference and reference value to our domestic electric vehicle enterprises,to helps the electric vehicle industry to develop healthily and sustainably in an all-round way.
