With the continuous improvement of economic level and the strengthening of people’s attention to health awareness such as physical quality,the market scale of medical device industry is increasing year by year.The strategic position of medical devices is an important indicator to measure a country’s scientific and technological progress and the development level of national economic modernization.In recent years,the state has put forward strict requirements and suggestions for the development of medical device industry: strengthen the supervision of medical device industry;Build innovative and high-quality medical device products.Therefore,in order to build a number of large-scale,high-quality and innovative enterprises,we must start from the enterprise’s own profit model,that is,hematopoietic capacity.As a newly established company on the New Third Board,W Company is committed to becoming a leading enterprise in the industry,and it takes technological innovation as a means to achieve its strategic goals.W Company has become a leading enterprise in the medical device industry in Xinjiang within a few years after its establishment.It is representative in the medical device industry in Xinjiang and has great research value.Based on domestic and foreign research,this paper adopts the method of literature,field research and Harvard analysis framework,according to the development status of the medical device industry and combined with the relevant theories put forward by scholars,and takes W Company as an example,which is oriented by scientific and technological innovation,to practice in W Company and obtain relevant data.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation of the company,The first is to study the impact on W Company from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation,mainly from the revenue,cost,product quality and product category analysis;The second is to elaborate the status quo of the five elements of W company’s profit model.At the same time,Harvard analysis framework is introduced to analyze the profit model.From strategic analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,problems existing in the existing profit model are pointed out and optimization suggestions and related safeguard measures are put forward.Third,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,innovative solutions to similar profit model problems encountered in the medical device industry are proposed to provide reference for the treatment of relevant problems in the industry.Through the research of this article,the following conclusions are drawn: According to strategic analysis,first,while maintaining the advantages of the northwest region,the company should further expand its market space outside Xinjiang,and cannot rely solely on the market share of the northwest region to maintain operations;second,the company should expand product categories and enhance product differentiation Next,the company should further strengthen its investment in R&D funds to realize R&D independence;finally,the company should actively open online channels,realize the combination of online and offline channels,and work together to bring profits to the company.According to financial analysis,the company should strengthen the management of current assets and fixed assets;in addition,the company maintains a long-term cooperative relationship with suppliers and obtains high-quality materials from suppliers.At the same time,the company should budget in advance for sales expenses.In control,the process is summarized after the fact to reduce the cost of expenditure.According to the prospect analysis,the company should strengthen the contact with the end customers according to the prospect analysis,and at the same time,the company should improve the cost performance of products,so as to increase the sales volume of products.When strengthening the contact with the end customers,the company should improve the cost performance of products,so as to increase the sales volume of products.
