Research On Profit Model Of BYD Under The Background Of Industrial Structure Adjustment

At present,with the continuous improvement of our comprehensive strength,the economic development has made historic achievements.Facing the increasingly complex new situation and challenges of the international community,China is actively committed to promoting high-quality economic development,so as to ensure that it can not be defeated in the fierce international competition.It is the macro strategic choice of our country to promote the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and to guide the development of emerging industries.The new energy vehicle industry is one of the industries vigorously developed in China.Our government issued many policies to encourage the industry,which reflects China’s confidence in overtaking the new energy automobile industry and its determination to leap forward.BYD is a representative enterprise in the brand of new energy vehicles in China.With the complete industrial chain and product layout,BYD has become the leading enterprise in the same industry.Since entering the new energy vehicle market,BYD has been focusing on the national policy orientation and actively exploring the profit model conducive to its own development.The study on the profit model adopted by representative enterprises in the adjustment of industrial structure is not only beneficial to BYD’s own development,but also can provide reference for other car enterprises to promote the high-quality development of new energy automobile industry in China.Based on the national industrial structure adjustment and the current situation of the new energy automobile industry,this paper chooses BYD Company as the research object,and studies its profit model based on the annual report data and public data of BYD,including the influence mechanism of industrial structure adjustment on BYD’s profit model,five element analysis,financial and non-financial evaluation.Then,BYD Company and the other two new energy vehicle power representative companies to carry on the comparative analysis.Finally,the paper summarizes the shortcomings of BYD profit model,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization,in order to provide reference for the same industry enterprises.
