Resource shortages and environmental problems have caused widespread concern around the world,and the greenhouse gas emissions of the construction industry are growing at an alarming rate.Protecting the ecological environment and taking the road of sustainable development has become the consensus of human development in the 21st century."Assembled architecture"is to introduce the concept of sustainable development into the field of architecture.Facing the status quo of high energy consumption and high pollution in China's construction industry,fabricated buildings have become a hot spot of concern.Based on ecological economics,this paper quantitatively analyzes the ecological cost and ecological benefits of assembled green buildings from the perspective of the whole life cycle,and simulates the building energy consumption,making accurate and comprehensive evaluation of the assembled green buildings.This paper mainly carried out the following research:Firstly,based on the theory of ecological economics,the concept of prefabricated building ecological cost is defined.On this basis,the environmental cost,construction cost and social cost are quantitatively analyzed,and the ecological cost measurement model is constructed.Secondly,it analyzes the ecological benefits of prefabricated buildings,and points out that the research content is the economic,environmental and social benefits of prefabricated buildings.The calculation methods are derived and the ecological benefit measurement model is constructed.Finally,a case study was carried out in the third phase of the steel structure residential project of Wandudaducheng in Baotou City.The total construction area of the project is185,598 m2.According to the characteristics of the project,the ecological cost benefit of the whole life cycle is 54 years.The results show:(1)The ecological cost of the project during the whole life period is 158,265,900yuan,and the ecological cost per unit area is 0.85 million yuan/m2.(2)The Monte Carlo simulation of the project ecological cost by Crystal Ball software shows that the minimum ecological cost of the project during the whole life period is 142,753,800 yuan,the maximum value is 1,780,052,600 yuan,the average value is 1,59,051,800 yuan,and the standard deviation is 61,576,200.In the sensitivity analysis,the change of the discount rate has the greatest impact on the ecological cost of the project,the absolute value is 81.1%,the environmental cost in the construction operation phase is second,the absolute value is 18.2%;the absolute value of the construction construction material fee It is 0.5%.(3)The ecological benefit of the project is 20,951.17 million yuan/year,and the ecological benefit per unit area is 11,000 yuan/m~2.In the process of continuous development,the assembled green building should balance the cost and benefit,and realize the maximum life cycle ecological benefit with the lowest life cycle ecological cost,so as to truly improve the living environment and achieve sustainable economic development.
