Study On Ecological Planning Method Of Ganquan County Town Based On Spatial Element Control

Eco-civilization construction and green sustainable development are the development direction of our country for a long period of time.The promotion of multi-conformity and territorial space planning clearly requires that urban development and construction should be within the ecological carrying capacity,fully consider the suitability of territorial space development,and implement the requirements of territorial space control.Cities in hilly and gully areas of the loess plateau are ecologically fragile.Ganquan County is a typical city in hilly and gully region of the loess plateau.Ecological sensitivity and resource constraints are the biggest problems restricting urban development.It is urgent to analyze the ecological problems of Ganquan County from the perspective of sustainable development and implement systematic ecological planning.By using the methods of documentary analysis,investigation and analysis,case study and ArcGIS spatial analysis,this paper combs the relevant theoretical and practical progress of urban ecological planning,and makes theoretical and practical research on the characteristics and causes of ecological environment in Ganquan County.The development of Ganquan County squeezes the ecological space and reduces the ecological capacity of the city.The encroachment of construction land on ecologically sensitive space brings urban disasters such as soil erosion,collapse and debris flow.And inappropriate urban construction activity brings to the city heat island effect,duct block cause urban problems such as air pollutants could quickly evacuated,study and put forward a kind of overall planning of controls on city space planning strategy,think of the urban ecological planning of Ganquan County should achieve the following three objectives: first,the urban function layout is reasonable,can reasonable arrangement,agriculture,ecological town three kinds of space,effective control of the corresponding land use,protection and construction activities.Secondly,it can scientifically and reasonably delimit the urban ecological space,identify and regionalize the ecological space,and formulate corresponding control measures.Thirdly,the main tasks of urban ecological construction are proposed.Starting from the land layout planning,the urban air duct and heat island effect are taken into account in the overall planning to protect the urban ecological landscape and make a reasonable layout,so as to "leave the white and the green" for the urban development and planning.Therefore,a method of urban ecological planning based on spatial element control is proposed.Firstly,it evaluates the suitability of spatial development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Ganquan County,delimits three kinds of space: ecology,agriculture and town,extracts and analyses the sensitive elements of various kinds of space,such as terrain,water body,greening,town,etc.,determines the utilization or protection objectives of each element category,and then delimits the corresponding ecological control scope of each element through technical methods.Then the planning and control strategies are put forward according to these control scopes.Taking the typical hilly and gully region of loess plateau--Ganquan County as a case study,this paper studies the ecological planning of Ganquan County at the level of overall planning with the above urban ecological planning method,and puts forward the feasible ecological planning strategy of Ganquan County.Through analysis and research,the following four conclusions are drawn :(1)Ganquan County is a typical city in Hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau.Its urban development is closely related to their natural ecological environment.It is necessary to make a long-term layout for the sustainable development of cities at the level of ecological planning.(2)In view of the ecological problems faced by Ganquan County,this paper puts forward that the rational layout of urban functions can reasonably arrange urban,agricultural and ecological space;scientifically and reasonably delimit and protect urban ecological space;and puts forward the ecological planning objectives of the main tasks.(3)An ecological control regionalization method based on spatial planning was put forward.The suitability of spatial development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment were evaluated in Ganquan County.Three types of space were delineated,namely,ecological,agricultural and urban space,so as to identify the sensitive elements of various types of space.(4)A method of urban ecological planning based on identifying elements,setting goals,delimiting scope and implementing management and control is constructed.Identify the city's mountain,river system,topography,farmland,town,green space and other elements.Then according to the different ecological development goals,the corresponding technical methods are adopted to delimit the boundaries of the scope,to carry out urban ecological regionalization,and then to formulate corresponding control strategies according to various regionalization,so as to realize the connection with the land spatial planning.
