Preliminary Study On Planning And Design Guidelines Of Characteristic Villages In Loess Hilly And Gully Region Of Northern Shaanxi

In the development of history,China has bred a large number of characteristic villages with rich historical,cultural and natural ecological resources,and become the carrier of Chinese civilization.In recent years,under the national strategy of ecological civilization,rural revitalization and cultural heritage,the planning and construction of characteristic villages has received more and more attention.However,the relevant norms and guidelines for guiding the planning and design of characteristic villages make more use of the thinking of urban planning,lack of basic understanding of village characteristics,leading to the misalignment of the characteristic village planning and design,the disappearance of village regional characteristics and other practical problems,and further deepen the contradiction between the protection and development of characteristic villages.The characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi Province have formed a harmonious and stable "three-life" spatial pattern under the influence of their unique topography and topography,which is very regional.However,the current planning and construction of characteristic villages in this area due to lack of reasonable guidance,resulting in the village characteristics are neglected,there is a "thousands of villages side" situation,affecting the long-term development of the village.In view of this problem,this paper takes the characteristic village of the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi as the research object,takes the inheritance of the village characteristic gene as the goal,studies the characteristic gene analysis and translation path which is beneficial to the planning and control,and then makes the preliminary construction of the planning and design guidance system of the characteristic village in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi province.First of all,define the connotation of the guidelines for the planning and design of characteristic villages.On this basis,the characteristic genes of the characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi province are extracted,and the overall idea of planning and design guidelines for the study of the area is put forward according to the actual planning situation.Secondly,the characteristic genes of "mountain-water-village relationship" and "street space" in the macro-middle level of the characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi Province are analyzed,translated and evaluated,and the guiding strategy is put forward from the aspects of protection and transformation.Finally,under the premise of grasping the characteristic genes of the characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi Province,the system of planning and design of the characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi province is constructed.Through the research,this paper finds that the characteristic village planning and design guide is essentially based on local conditions from the perspective of rigidity and elasticity,protection and transformation of macro,meso,micro different levels of characteristic genes.Moreover,on the basis of the existing planning and construction,the study of the planning and design guidelines for the characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi province should focus on the inheritance of the characteristic genes of "mountain-water-village relationship" and "street space" at the macro and meso-level levels,and on the "mountain-water"-Village relations" in the sequence structure,terrain relations,scale,fa?ade form and take "protection-oriented"guidance and control ideas,the functional sequence to take "adaptive transformation" of the guiding ideas The guiding ideas of scale,space and buffer zone take the guiding idea of "adaptive transformation".The system of characteristic village planning and design guidelines should also be constructed as the core hierarchy and sub-system,and the"feature" guidance mode of "text and intention map" should be adopted to support the specific preparation of the planning and design guidelines for the characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi Province in the future,and thus reflect the "land nature" of the characteristic village planning and design guidelines,so as to realize the important goal of planning and building the characteristic villages in the loess hilly ravine area of northern Shaanxi Province.
